Rania Younes
networking, strategic planning, story telling, mentoring, youth and women empowerment, economic empowerment, dialogues, research

SFI, OCAD University

Over the past 8 years my work has been focused on community development, embracing complexity and building strategic partnerships towards collective impact.  I bring substantial experience in not-for-profit operations, action-based research, program design, monitoring and evaluation, with significant contributions to community advocacy and engagement, specifically in the areas of refugee and newcomer settlement and employment in the Greater Toronto Area.

Mindfulness or creative activity Rania employs to think through care: collective craft activities, meditation, photography and storytelling.
